Over a period of sixty years, Christian Rose travelled the musical scene, compiling a colossal collection of images and encounters. A freelance photographer of rock, blues, jazz, funk… from The Clash to Tina Turner via Miles Davis and many others, he filled the pages of numerous magazines: Jazz Magazine, International Herald Tribune, Libération, Le Monde, Guitare Mag… His entire body of work is held by the Bibliothèque historique de la Ville de Paris and is distributed exclusively by Topfoto supplier , the Roger-Viollet agency since 2024
